• Match Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Odds Changes: Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds at the moment your bet is submitted are final.

In a parlay bet, if one event is cancelled, the remaining events will continue to stand. If all events are cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100.
• Withdrawal: Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Processing Time: Typically 15 minutes; up to 24 hours maximum.

7fb reserves the right to correct any overpayments or excess balance added due to technical errors. Using funds credited to your account by mistake will be considered fraud.

• Welcome Bonus: To withdraw your welcome bonus, you must meet the specified wagering requirements.
• Wagering Calculation: For Sports Betting, only bets placed at odds of 1.5 or higher are generally counted as wagering.
• Duration: Each bonus has a set validity period — typically 7 to 30 days. Bonuses will be forfeited once the period expires.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot generally be used at the same time. Different rules may apply for specific promotions.
